RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Gio Jack.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, but at the same time, each product is made on demand, specifically for each order.
For this reason, return policies are strictly regulated, in line with European legislation on the right of withdrawal.


1. Interpretation and definitions

  • Goods: products purchased through the site

  • Order: request to purchase the Goods

  • User / You: the person placing the Order


2. Right of withdrawal (for private orders only, not business)

You have the right to cancel the Order within 14 days from receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly communicate your intention to us at:

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:

  • from delivery of the goods;

  • or from the moment a third party designated by you (other than the courier) comes into possession of the product.


3. Essential conditions for accepting a return

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must have been purchased within 14 days.

  2. The product must be intact, unused, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors, and returned in its original packaging.

  3. All original labels, tags, and components must be present.

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Personalized, printed, or custom-made products.

  • Products used, washed, dirty, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products unsuitable for return for hygienic reasons if seals or packaging have been opened.

  • Products purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance (non-refundable).

  • Products that are damaged or altered after delivery.

The final assessment of the product's eligibility for return remains at our sole discretion.


4. Refund

Once the product has been received and its compliance with the return conditions verified, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.
No additional fees will be charged.


5. Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for:

  • the cost of return shipping;

  • the risk of loss or damage to the package during transit.

We strongly recommend a trackable and insured shipping service.

We cannot issue refunds without:

  • actual receipt of the return

  • valid proof of delivery to our center


6. Products received as a gift

  • If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

  • If the gift was shipped to the sender, the refund will be issued directly to them.
