RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us, but please note that each product is made-to-order, produced specifically for every purchase.
For this reason, our return policy follows strict rules, fully compliant with EU consumer regulations.


1. Interpretation and Definitions

  • Company / We / Us / Our: Gio Jack

  • Goods: the products offered for sale through our Website

  • Order: a request by the User to purchase Goods

  • Service: the website www.giojack.com

  • You / User: the individual placing an Order


2. Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumers Only)

You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days from the date you receive the Goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us clearly at:

The cancellation period expires 14 days after:

  • the day you receive the Goods, or

  • the day a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the Goods.


3. Conditions for Returning Goods

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item was purchased within the last 14 days.

  2. The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors, and in its original packaging.

  3. All original labels, tags, and components must be intact.

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Goods custom-made or produced according to your specifications.

  • Goods that have been worn, washed, damaged, or show signs of use.

  • Goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items (non-refundable).

  • Goods damaged or altered after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the Order.
No fees will be applied.


5. Returning Goods – Costs and Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • the cost of returning the Goods, and

  • the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

📦 The exact return address will be provided via email depending on the appropriate fulfillment center.

We cannot issue a refund without:

  • actual receipt of the Goods, or

  • valid proof of delivery.


6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return.

  • If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be sent directly to them.
